- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had Jack Sughrue for home insurance and it was a nightmare. My rate went up 40% in one year with zero claims. On top of that, he neglected to even tell me or give me any notice. The only way I knew was when my escrow payment had problems. When I called him and inquired, Jack was rude, dismissive, and tried telling me it was my fault that my rate increased 40%. I feel very fortunate I never had to use my insurance, because based on how unprofessional Jack was, it surely would of been a nightmare. I seriously wonder how he's still even in business? There are 100's of insurance agents, give your money to the one who's honest and treats you like a king.By Russell E, January 05, 2017
