- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After pre-scheduling an appointment, I arrived approximately ten minutes early to find no one onsite. I waited thirty additional minutes to give the tax preparer the benefit of the doubt. After twenty minutes past my appointment time, I placed a call to the main office only to wait an additional twenty minutes on hold. Now we are a total of forty minutes past my scheduled appointment with zero sign that a Jackson Hewitt representative works there.
