  Didn't have any issues with them for 10 years, always received excellent service until today. I called to add service to find out my policy had lapsed for a few months. Instead of helping to fix the issue, the service approach was to ask me why I didn't notice a payment that was automatically recurring for a decade, about the two emails in my promotions folder (that to be fair, I did receive, but I don't open promotions and the titles didn't indicate lapse, so didn't get opened), and the letters their national office sent that neither myself nor my wife received. It's unfortunate that one bad experience can mar a 10 year relationship, but when your only requirement for service is that the service continue to exist, blame and implications about my budgeting isn't the response I am looking for from a customer service professional. *Edit - removing another star as they never bothered to respond to the email. 10 years without issue, and our concern is met with open disdain from those we spoke to directly. If you are going with State Farm for customer service, look elsewhere.
